Fashion tip of the day: Is that a hat.... Or is that you'r hair?......

I was at the mall the other day and their was this lady we have all seen her. She was probably using one of those BUMPIT things.... But REALLY! Lady just wear a Top hat or something!!! Your hair is ridiculous!
